Why Musculoskeletal Health Is Important and What You Can Do to Improve It



Muscle and joint pain resulting from what we do at work is a very real concern. Consider that worker who sits in a chair at a desk for 7-8 hours a day. Sitting at a desk for prolonged periods can put a lot of strain on your neck and back, leading to pain. Also, consider that worker who is doing a lot of  physical work as part of their job. In addition to this, sedentary behaviour is also associated with a higher risk of chronic disease, including heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
